Established by Noan Major in 2001, Elevation Agency has managed projects in the editorial, advertising, art, fashion, health, music and film arenas including book publications, cd covers, catalogs, web design, gallery exhibitions, media placement, event production, print making and more. Noan Major is combining experiences including Art Direction, Photography, Video & Music Production, Event Design, Graphic Design and Marketing Consulting for music labels, marketing agencies, fashion designers, art galleries and health institutions.
He has created multi-disciplinary works for Michael Stipe (R.E.M.), Sony Music, Universal Music, Sean Ono Lennon, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens and Le Cirque Du Soleil as well as many fashion and health brands.

GENERAL AGREEMENT / INDUSTRY STANDARDS
_© Copyright belongs to the photographer at all times. Licensee acknowledges that Elevation is first and sole owner of all copyright of all photographs and videos and may not assign or transfer this License unless authorized in witting by Elevation.
_Credits must be given in all case on all media photo or video by: NOAN MAJOR. Licensee is by agreement obligated to ensure that written credit are on all media. If they are missing, Licensee must redo graphics and reprint or repay invoice in full again.
_All retouching, cropping, colorization, modifications or alterations will be handled only by Elevation or has to be approved by Elevation or licensee must reprint or repay invoice in full.
_Elevation reserves the right to approve models, talents, creative team and music with Licensee on any project to insure product quality.
_Elevation is entitled to use all photographs or videos for self promotion purposes or to enter any contest during and after agreement.
_All music usages and rights of the the persons on photographs or videos are under the legal responsibilities of Licensee.
_No drugs, alcohol or cigarettes allowed on set.
_Please use your cell phone on breaks only or away from the set in order to keep good creative energy
